46 yr old male with no comorbidities presented with acute onset itchy rash recurrent. 3 episode in 1 month . patient give history of onset after bathing. diagnosis and treatment. prevention also.

2yrs old boy is getting this type of lesions since 2 weeks. Lesions come and subside after a day and then develop again at several places on the abdomen and back. Associated with Itching. Not associated with fever. Probable Diagnosis and treatment pls .
