A SEVENTY FIVE YEAR OLD MALE MET WITH ACCIDENT .THERE IS NO EXTERNAL BLEEDING AND LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS FOR 20MINTS GCS IMPROVED FROM 3 TO9 NO RETROGRADE AMNISIA AND HTN FROM20 YEARS ALONG WITH DIABETES ON MEDICATION .NO EXTERANL INJURIES .AND 3 EPISODES OF VOMITING AND IT IS SUBSIDED AND NO EPISODE OF EPILEPSY. CT DONE SO KINDLY PLEASE TELL THE PROGRESSION AND RECOVERY AND TREATMENT AND SUGGESTIONS @

Small sulcal SAH left frontoparietal area,with small SAH rt basifrontal with left frontotemporoparietal SDH with out midline shift.suggest Rept CT12 - 24 hrs .Suggest supportive nanagement. AT PRESENT NO INDICATION FOR SURGERY BUT NEEDS NEUROSURGICAL REFERENCE FOR DOCUMENTATION.Too much light in the Ct posted and difficult to see properly
