Chronic Pain in Pelvic region

60/y/o male has come with complain of pain in pelvic region He is known case of hypertension and hyperlipidemia, for that taking allopathy medicines from past 3 yeas He is pitta vata prakriti. Agni bala- avara Mala- sama, drava & baddha on-off. Jihva- lipta. SLR- B/l 50 degrees painful movement or rotation of thighs Please help understand what treatment can be followed?
