Earlier: After subsidence of fever and other symptoms associated with Covid 19. Two consecutive negative test 24 hours interval was the criteria. At present: after subsidence of fever and other symptoms associated with Covid 19 without swab test.

Now it is modified Earlier successive two negative swabs were necessary Now no need in cases who were in quarantine only or early stage cases recovered they will be discharged without swab test

SUGGESTIVE. Of PATIENT. WITH MILD. SYMPTOMS. OR. ASYMPTOTIC.... WILL. BE. DISCHARGED. AFTER. 10. DAYS ... ..THERE. WILL. BE. NO SECOND. CONFIRMING. TEST
After 2 swabs tests Negative at an interval of 24 hrs after recovery of illness

Aftr discharge from hospital. Isolation/home quarantine for 2 weeks. Followed with Covid -19 test. Ventilated room. With sunlight. Discharge medicine to be continue.
