Space occupying lesion in lung Hydatid Cyst

In a 12 year old boy from Deoghar, having chest pain and intermittent hemoptysis for last 15 days. Chest Xray HRCT thorax attached. What could be the provisional diagnosis?

Need to rule out - Bronchogenic cyst and encrusted Pleural effusion in this case. Bronchoscopic or Thoracoscopy examination may be of help.
Left mid zonal large mass lesion seen. Possibly anterior mediastinal mass.. Consider bronchogenic cyst and hydatid cyst DDs.
Encysted plural effusion. ? Pericardiac cyst
