What is this rhythm?

35 year old male with no medical history, came with chest pain, sharp in nature. No complaint of dyspnea. Vitals :BP 122/67 HR Around 70 RR 22 sat 94 No additional findings at the physical exam. Troponin came back negative. Wondering about the rhythm. Suggestions?

It is SA block.sinoatreal block.the impulse is not transmitted from SA node .so the whole imupulse is blocked. So no pqrs complex is seen.
Group beating is present. Progressive prolongation of PR intervals with dropped beat is present. Mobitz type 1 2nd degree AV block.
