What are the causes of oromandibular dystonia? A 10urs boy having hepatitis B infection

Oromandibular dystonia can be Primary or Secondary Secondary are usually caused by Drug exposure like Neuroleptics, Cns trauma or infection, metabolic disorders, Hypoxic brain damage or Wilson disease So I guess LFT and drug exposure should be checked here along with a Neuro imaging if possible

10 yr old boy having OMD, nothing to do with hep b inf unless there is hepatic encephalopthy. May be bruxism, a benign condition.
