Incontinence of urine in postmenopausal female is because of weakening of the pelvic floor. Withdrawal of the oestrogen leads to weakening of the muscles in general. Ask for regular exercise s Yoga, kapalbhati Kegle's exercises for toning the pevic floor muscles. Urine exam to rule out Cystitis Vit D supplementation Local Ps,PV to rule out any inf or senile vaginitis or erosion. She can be given tab Darilong 7.5 mg bd for 15 days. Control of DM,HT if r there. Avoid more fluids in the night.

Post menopausal urinary incontinence Urine RM Urine c/s,CBC,ESR,x-ray KUB Ultrasound whole pelvic and abdomen Consult immediately to urologist
At this stage she requires Kegel's exercise to tone up pelvic floor , regularise toilet time and Vitamin D supplementation. Rule out UTI
First rule out a uti.then,Kegel's pelvic floor exercises can be advised.
