9 yrs M swelling & itching on lips & groin region since 1 day pt's mother said that this happens when he eat rice Plz Dx n Rx any investigations required ?

allergy, starting as crusting and scaling of skin brownish to blackish since 14 days.. patients skin condition is as of the pic today.. history of ingestion of levofloxacin 14 days back for lrti(as told by the patient) pt now has severe pain and burning sensation around the mouth.. Patient had stopped levofloxacin 14 days back and is not on any treatment as of now.. LRTI better with no symptoms.. Diagnosis and line of treatment please..

1n1/2 yr old male boy having this type of lesion since 4 day . Similar episode in past also but less in severity relieved by unknown medication

7 months young baby brought by grand mother with c/o papular rash on buttocks and legs (below waist) since 2 days. No other complaint. Dx & Tt.
