Pityreasis Rosea. Rash has a typical distribution “Fir tree” appearance Scaly macolupapular rashes “Iris lesion” May be seen and is confirmatory Etiology unknown Symptomatic treatment and reassuarance May last for a few wks

Psoriasis Rosea Levocet 5mg bd. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion than sertaconazole 2%oint locally. Ketoconazole soap and powder locally. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Sulphur oint 2% oint locally biweekly can be helpful.
