Chronic tonsillitis with posterior pharyngeal wall granulomatous , so if episodes more than 3 / yrs than tosillectomy should advise . ,but if pt is asthmatic or allergic than we should rx him with GOOD selective antibiotics and anti inflammatory and antihistamine and multivitamin with gargle . And if required iv antibiotics .
