Multiple pigmented with ulcerated lesions both groin and back of the buttocks more favour to STERIOD INDUCING TINEA with pigmentation CALLED ATYPICAL TINEA .... Treatment.... First treat the inflamination..by using Tab deflacort ..6 mg daily afternoon for 3 days... Cap Amoxicillin and clavulonic acid morning and night 3 days... combination cream for 5 days 6 th day onwards only specific cream to be apply...Amorlofine to be apply Cap itraconazole 200 mg daily afternoon for 21 days.... Tab Antihistamines daily night....
