IT IS ACTUALLY HOLT ORAM SYNDROME, AN AUTOSOMAL DOMINANT CONDITION. ON PHYSICAL EXAMINATION BOTH OF THEM HAD SAME UPPER LIMB ISSUE. MOTHER HAD A HISTORY OF ASD WHICH WAS CLOSED AT 10 YEARS OF AGE. ECG OF THE MOTHER SHOWED 1ST DEGREE HEART BLOCK TOO. THE CHILD HAD OS ASD OF MODERATE SIZE WITH A SMALL MID MUSCULAR VSD WITH 1ST DEGREE HEART BLOCK. GENETIC TESTING WAS DONE TOO FOR THE CHILD. ALL OF THE ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN WELL TAKEN BY YOU ALL.
