20weeks precious pregnancy conceived by infertility treatment showing following mild lateral ventricles prominence. Will it improve as the pregnancy progress? Experts plz guide

Dr.Bhavani Sagar Ma'am, FCLVs Dimension are Normal Less than 10 mm. If Not Any Complication,I think no need of Worried. Repeat MRI fetus After 1 month.

If no other cafdiomyopathy is associated than simple prominence of lt ventricle may be left as such but regular 2decho is advisable

Lateral ventricle size >10mm is ventriculomegaly. For this patient, USG to be repeated for any increase in size of ventricles as the pregnancy advances.
