Concluded Case

21-year-old married female one son and one-year-old. Present it to the emergency department with loss of consciousness and she describes as she felt vibrating in the bathroom. She does not remember anything after that. There was mausea before and after loss of consciousness. First ever episode EEG done 3 days back was done and it same similar report as of today.Neurologist suggest starting medication based on this report. Kindly give your opinion. Patient is hesitant on starting the medication

Seizure disorder.start antiepileptic and make her understand about the disease and necessity of medication

Well hesitation regarding medication is very obvious... Explain risk and benifit to patient and family members, but her decision would be respected..!!
