22/F c/o erythematous rash + around the mouth since 5 days developed after eating dry fish. h/o had similar episode 6months ago h/o itching + and spreading day by day treatment and diagnosis??

Periorificial Dermatitis Groups of itchy or tender small red papules. It is given this name because the papules occur around the eyes, the nostril and mouth. Although there are no well-controlled studies  linking diet to Perioral Dermatitis, studies have shown a strong link between diet and Acne Rosacea. Peanuts, milk, soy, wheat, fish, and eggs are the most common culprits. Periorificial dermatitis may be induced by (apart from diet):     1 Topical steroids, Nasal steroids, steroid inhalers and oral steroids     2 Cosmetic creams, make-ups and sunscreens     3 Fluorinated toothpaste     4 Hormonal changes and/or oral contraceptives

Herpes simplex infection Unlikely to be HZ , since it is bilateral DD vesicles due to food allergy

Dx-most likely fish protein or fish product allergy or milk protein allergy if drunken with fish.

Herpes Zoster Acyclovir 800mg QID Dolokind NSAIDs if needed Acyclovir ointment twice daily
