Low grade glioma of right fronto temporal region.
22 years female c/o left sided on and off weakness and headache for 1 year. O/e conscious and oriented and no weakness. Diagnosis and management.?
T1 hypointense well demarcated lesion in the Rt posterior frontal area with central hyperintensity .T2 shows hyoerintense lesion . FLAIR predominant hyperintense ,hyperintense ring surround the lesion with hypointensity in the center. T1 contrast shows mild nodular hyperintensity in the centrs . No edema no mass effect noted. Possibility: Ganglioglioma vs DNET Management - Surgical resection

SOL with perilesional oedema rt parietotemporal area D/d SOL tuberculoma
Cortex based lesion in rt fronto tempoal region.No perilesional oedema or mass effect. Primary possibility DNET.

New case 38 yr , M , developed rt focal fit involving rt upper & lower limbs lasted for 5 mts 7 days ago. Following the fit he had developed rt sided weakness which persisted for 24 hrs & became better. Evaluated at local hospital& then came for further management.No recurrence of fit. Examination failed to obtain any focal deficits. What is the diagnosis?.
