Aspirate is moderately cellular consist of hurthle cells of variable size arranged in clusters. Also seen follicular cells in clusters and microfoliicles. Imp: Bethesda cat iv follicular neoplasm, hurthle cell type

Cells are Oncocytic with moderate pleomorphism.Follicular Neoplasm/Hurthle cell type.Advised Lobectomy & HPE to look for capsular & vascular invasion, to R/O Carcinoma.
