17yr female presented with epigastric pain & vomiting for 1 day. PR-90, P/A- soft, tenderness over epigastrium, RIF& LIF. Initial x ray was normal, USG revealed intestinal obstruction. 2nd x-ray was done that revealed multiple air fluid levels. no ballooning in PR. subsequent x-ray was also normal as the obstruction might have been relieved. diagnostic lap was done that revealed free fluid in pelvis and a small ruptured rt. ovarian cyst with normal appendix... discuss
