@ blood investigations - CBC, LH , FSH , USG FOR PCOS , tt according to them , clindamycin + adapelene both time over acne , tab erythromycin , salicylic face wash , gel based sunscreen , MDA+salicylic peel , followed by azeliac M Peel for scarring

34 yr old male ,hypothyroid pt,develops the staining on buccal mucosa from past 3 months wrt to upper canines bilaterally. The Rt side is less as compared to the Lt. Also patient feels slight stretched feeling on mouth opening at the respected side. And complains of sensitivity to tea at the respective sites No history of tobacco or pan masala or cigarette and alcohol . Pt is sound and professionally stable. What could be the D/D?
