Pulmonary Sclerosing pneumocytoma

23 years old female with a history of recurrent hemoptysis for a year. No other medical history present. Respiratory system -Decreased right breath sound. Chest x-ray and CT thorax is attached. Right lesion had SUV max uptake of 7 and left had SUV max uptake of 2. Gross specimen is attached. What is your diagnosis.

X-ray chest shows well circumscribed (oval) and well capsulated opacity(swelling) almost occupied right mid and lower zones suggest hydatidcyst.One more opacity also noted in left lower zone. In D/ D teratoma , secondaries, encysted effusions and few more. Case was operated and please disclose the Biopsy report

Xray and CT show well circumscribed round shaped encapsulated mass occupying rt lower and middle zone of lung and also there is small round shaped lower part of middle zone lt lung. May be a case of hydatid cyst both lungs. Excised cyst rt side may be sent for histopatholocal examination.
