Since patient is pregnant and since main treatment of Bell's Palsy is steroids, suggest consultation with attending OBG nd neurologist. Eye protection Physiotherapy B1,B6,B12

As per ophthalmology point of view eye tapping at night Lubricatnt eye drops 5times/day Reffered to physician for management of acute bells palsy regarding starting of steroids ,etc Review after 2weeks and follow up

Left eye shows Bell's palsy Treatment at this stage of pregnancy should be cautious but one can proceed for physiotherapy and use of artificial tears.

Respected Dr, you should refer her to a neurologist , seeking treatment suggestion on this platform will not do,she needs expert opinion

Lt Facial palsy 60 mg prednisolone for 5 days followed by tapering

U can start acylovir with low dose steroid as pt is 7 week anc
