24 years old Male H/O RTA 5 days back had IPD for 1 day in Civil hopital Came to me with the C/o headache Pain ineyes Clinical findings :-Neurologicaly patient is well No any refrective error CNS. WNL Bp. 110/80 P. 86 Started inj mannitol 20% Iv bd Tab Amox Cv 625 Tab zeredol sp Tab pan40 Syrup. Glycerol Should I continue the same Need your expert opinion and further mantenance

Anti-anxiety drugs and/or medication to control blood pressure. Anti-epileptic drugs for seizure control like tab.Phenytoin 100 bd Other medications needed to control other symptoms, such as painkillers for severe headache and stool softeners to prevent constipation and straining during bowel movements Like syp.glycerol 30ml mix with milk & juice tds using osmotic agents such as mannitol, or high-salt saline like ns3 % prevent cerebral edema & brain cell injury Use boold thinner like aspirin & inj.dexa But keep in mind that if you are using diuretics then do not give stool softener with it, otherwise the body will get dehydrated.

Small sulcal blood in the left frontal .Very thin SDH left frontotemporoparietal. Suggest observation,Rept CT brain after 48 hrs

Minimal SDH with mild to moderate increased intracranial tension No need of surgical intervention Keep on conservative treatment Watch Vitals Treat with Fruselac, Ultracet, Low dose Tegretal Consult with Neurologist
