24 yr F c/o these eruption or ulceration on tongue what is dx intresting history is pt developed these after enjoying fast food like hot ragda panipuri. she has a h/o chr constipation.

Looks like chilly burn ........if she is having constipation....increase her fibre intake as well as water consumption daily .....

May be mouth ulcers. Folic acid bd Rabeprazole with domperidone bd Betadine gargle.

Burn.. And pt must take multivitamin vitnox 4g bd And give Orasep gel.. Apply 2-3 times a day

Thermal injury of tongue causing ulceration ..Betadine gargle and triamicilone 1%oral mucosal cream apply locally..

Recurrent multiple apthous ulcer .treatment plan is B complex od and hexigel bd and mucopain tds for 5 days.

Most probably burns... Does she have similar lesions or pain in palate??... Because most of the times tongue burns occur along with mild sloughing of palatal surface too D/d burning mouth syndrome T/t Avoid hot spicy food Salt water mouth rinses prefarbly cool water Have some cold soothing food such as ice cream, kulfi or refrigerated honey.. Ibuprofen in case of severe pain else not required..
