Dr Dipti If your history is right then it can't be pemphigus, it can produce blisters overnight and a localised in a particular shape. Ask for history of home remedies like Garlic Paste application for his skin problem possibly contact allergy from belt buckle or Tinea which was treated wrongly.

Sir, Plz give details abt bullous pemphigus.

Bullous pemphigus is a wrong nomenclature, it is bullous pemphigoid. But in this case there is tense as well as flaccid bullae do it can't be either pemphigus or pemphigoid. The diagnosis is closer to irritant contact dermatitis

BULLOUS PEMPHIGUS. This is an old case. Why there's no update on this case so far ? An update about the prognosis and successful diagnosis/ treatment would be much appreciated by curofians. Even a failure is important from academic point of view. @Dr. Dipti Urade
