24 yrs/F 6week preg lady taken diclo inj 15-20days after her last LMP, can diclo affect her foetus?

There are no studies that have examined a possible relationship of individual NSAIDs with maternal, fetal, or neonatal haemorrhage, birthweight, or gestational age. Also not yet studied is the possibility of an association between in utero exposure to NSAIDs and neonatal respiratory distress, or asthmatic symptoms in the infant, despite the fact that NSAIDs may cause exacerbations in patients with asthma.

Diclofenac belongs to Cat C fda before 30 weeks of pregnancy, there is risk to the fetus although it hasnt been proven in human studies, that too on prolonged intake of the drug. So i guess a single injection shouldnt do any harm.
