42 year male non diabetic presenting this type of lesion since 2 mounth associated with pruritus but not severe. dx/RX

Patient - female 21 years. Presented with lesions shown in the picture since 15 days. Multiple red papules and ring like lesion on neck chest abdomen and extremties. Spreading Itchy specially at night On itraconazole tablet 100mg bd and cetrizine 10mg BD. But the rash is not healing rather spreading . For the ring lesions applying luliconazole cream. What can be the diagnosis ?
