A 58 year male pt came with complaint of pain and itching at following site since 5 to 6 months , given in pics, pls help to dx and treatment.

68 yrs female having this type of lesion all over body since 1 yr. Severe itching and burning over there. Previously treated with allopathy medicine but it gives only temporary relief. Same complaints reappear again and again. Wht is Dx?
