25-year-old male with no medical history came to ED with trouble speaking because of a sore throat and swelling. Complained of mild throat soreness and fatigue, but denied fever, runny nose, earache, or other sick symptoms. Negative for flu, strep, mono, and Covid-19. The white count was 7,000. Fever on arrival was 99 F / 37.2 C. What will you suggest?
