A 42 year old woman with menorrhagia for 8 years was found to have a left ovarian cyst. Gross description: A hysterectomy specimen contained an ovarian cyst, 10 x 7.5 x 4.5 cm. On opening, the cavity was filled with cheesy material.  what could be the diagnosis ?

16 yo female, with no complaints, ovarial cyst was detected during routine checkup. It was removed via laparoscopy, sent for evaluation to the pathology. I have found these teeth (and hair) in the cyst. Histopathologically it was a mature teratoma with a lot of various tissue, and also contained some thyroid tissue.
