13 year female complains of gum swelling in the upper and lower arch. since 3 years. swelling was slow and progressive in nature. no history of any medications, no systemic disease. no family history. Extra oral examination symmetrical face incompetent lips bimaxillary protrusion intra oral examination generalized enlargement of gingiva gingiva was pink in colour stippling was present. no bleeding on probing pseudopockets firm and fibrous gingiva covering the incisal and occlusal thirds of the tooth. what wud be your provisional diagnosis.

Pubertal gingivitis?/scorbutic gingivitis/gingival fibromatosis if promblem not subsides nd hindering with normal life then needs gingivectomy
