M/9 yrs. C/o. Itchy rash spots over extremities since 1 week. No other complaints. Spot dx rx

13 years male has itching in fingers and hand and other parts of body . If he rubs swelling will occurs .please rx and dx

Kindly suggest a diagnosis and treatment. C/o itching, for 5 days, clotrimazole oiment given for 5 days, not subsiding. Initial lesion and current lesion images given. No h/o insect bite, no similar illness in family.
