Low voltage criteria in limb leads,Sinus Tachycardia, otherwise ECG normal. Pt is in Anxiety State. Rx Tab Propranolol 10 mg BD,Tab Zolpedin 5 mg at bedtime, review after 2 weeks. Investigation: Serum TSH may be done

Sinus rhythm, 96 bpm, regular, Axis normal, RWP poor, ST - T nonspecific, low voltage QRS complex in the limb leads.

S.Tachycardia Ruled out diffrent causes of it e.g Fever, Dehydration, thyroid disorder, Anxiety

It's a case of sinus tachycardia.anxiolytics like benzadiazeine can be given.

Normal sinus rhythm Find other causes for palpitations, anxiety disorder Give anxiolytics.

Sinus tachycardia. Anxiolytics will be helpful.

Palpitations could be due high fever Monitor other vitals
