26 years old female with this sudden appearance of non - pruritic skin lesions- 2 days history. No fever or any other complaints Diagnosis and treatment

There is no mention of drug history, platelet count, Serum LDH, hemoglobin, important differential diagnosis include in such scenario 1)idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (rule out HIV, hep c, hep b, SLE) 2)DRESS syndrome (send absolute eosinophil count and IGE (SOS), 3)leukocytoclastic vasculitis (p-anca, c-anca)

Probably Of "Henoch Schonlein Purpura" ?? Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura ITP may be triggered by infection with HIV , hepatitis or H. pylori — the type of bacteria that causes stomach ulcers.

Patient just came today in O.P.D and investigations are awaited. There is no drug history

looks like leucocytoclastic vasculitis.d/d thrombocytopenic purpura.If patient was very obtunded,then meningococcemia can come into the picture.
