Left apical Cavitatory lesion may be tubercular Need further investigations

Fibrocavitary lesion left upper lung. PTB.

Cavitary lesion seen in left upper lung field . Possibly Koch's with intracavitary hemorrage causing hemoptysis. Needs evaluation and medical management accordingly.
