26yrs/M victim of head injury due FFH approx 15 feet brought to the emergency department in unconscious and gasping condition with GCS 4/15(M2E1V1),Pupils - B/l Semi dilated non reactive to light.Patient was intubated and ventilated upon arrival in emergency.NEUROSURGEON EXPLAINED THE POOR PROGNOSIS TO RELATIVES.INTERPRET CT HEAD FINDINGS?

Large right frontoparietal subdural hematoma with underlying diffuse cerebral edema causing gross midline shift Adv Emergency decompression craniectomy with evacuation of SDH may help and can be sometimes life saving

Severe brain edema. Ventricles chunked. Prognosis guarded. Patient to be on ventilator. Decompressive craniotomy/craniectomy may be required if does not respond to conservative treatment

Rt frontotampoperital SDH MLS shift to Lt side GCS score 4.. very poor prognosis
