Subconj haemorrhage.... cause should be looked for.as such no treatment required for s/c hge as it resolve by its own in 3 to 4 wks but cause should be taken care of properly.

Subconjunctival haemorrhage .Reassurance to the patient about its disappearance within about 2 weeks and try to find about the cause responsible for it.
