8 year old child, on and off pain for a month, gradually increasing swelling, non tender swelling no soft tissue involvement. Opinions please

M.35 Painful swelling at upper part of left leg antero laterally.

14 years old female with Right leg pain. Plain X Ray shows mass lesion in the upper part of tibia whats is the diagnosis

M.50 c/o swelling at left lower chest laterally..2yrs o/e swelling size 6x3 cms,firm,fixed to underlying structure,not fixed to skin. no venous engorgement over the swelling. adv. for FNAC.

A slowly growng bony hard swelling of about 6 years duration. MRI says benign gaint cell tumour. FNAC not done. Please share your views on the treatment options.
