Probably an aggressive odontogenic cyst or tumor / Malignancy.

Could be ossifying fibroma ....biopsy required ....

Pl.do incisional Biopsy for Malignancy.

It looks like bone lesion Kindly make biopsy to confirm Dx

AOT, Odontogenic Myxoma are the differential diagnosis.

U can't diagnose on basis of just swelling ...need some X-rays n blood investigation with biopsy too
