27yr old c/o headache , diarrhoea , chest pain , weakness . o/e pulse - 114/min, BP: 110/50 mmHg . what is the diagnosis and treatment of this case ? And what this ecg suggest?

Ecg s/o p mitrale with rbbb......sinus tachycardia........tachycardia n low diastolic bp n suggest most probably dehydrated state.....n that is the cause of headache n weakness bcz of compromised perfusion..... so give ors n rehydrate pt plus give symptomatic rx

Grossly normal ECG correct Dehydration

Moderate Dehydration with Mild Hypokalemic changes....fluid management with correction of electrolyte imbalance...rule out the cause of diarrhoea and treat wit antibiotics if needed...
