28/f D5 PNC was brought to emergency with c/o sudden onset severe breathlessness.abg is s/o hypoxia,pt is on 12ltr O2 support,with higher antibiotics.her imaging is attached kindly comment on DD and treatment.

43 yrs old female presented with progressive dyspnea on exertion since last one month. routine lab reports are normal. echo CD is normal. not associated rhinitis, cough, fever, anorexia, wt loss etc. spo2 88%. BP 130/80mmhg HR 94/min occ bi basal crepts and bil wheezing heard. plz comment on this case. case updated. Clinicoradiologicaly much improved with tapered doses of steroids and Diuretics.
