Hidradenitis supperativa

28 year old female suffering from bilateral axillary hidradenitis supperativa has undergone bilateral axillary dissection one year back. The scar is healthy and well formed. Now she is again developing similar kind of lesion in right side inguinal area. Please help with a permanent prevention or treatment.

Check for tubercular adenitis Send excisional biopsy Hudradinitis usually a/w hairy region and weating area and involves streptococcal infection if pt is not sensitive to penicillin a full course will be better in combination with azithromycin500mg or clindamycin Better pictures should have been available It may be recurrence in old lesion may be weeping sinus needs curettage

Get xray chest and biopsy of lymph node as this may be infective, nonspecific, or other etiology. Treatment as per reports
