28 years Male black dry scales on both extensors of the extremities since 1 month. no itching and no burning diagnosis? treatment?

Yes it's ACQUIRED type of ICTHYOSIS.. characterized by hyperkeratotic pigmented scaly lesions as plaques with no itching...and no inflammatory signs may be due to over use of topicals with prolonged exposure of sun, photosensitive drugs, malignancies, meytabolic syndromes and hyperkeratotic ECZEMA. So evaluating the case by workup the patient total history and investigating the case thoroughly.

Could be acquired ichthyosis .You did not mention about inflammation and sensation. Saucer shaped lesion with some central clearing you have to rule out Type I reaction of lepsosy
