28 years old Nulligravida, c/o anxious to conceive. No other complaints Married life of 1.5 years ,NCM , Normal menstrual cycles.No significant family history Normal blood investigations Normal thyroid profiles Normal fertility profiles for husband HSG- Normal uterine cavity, Right fallopian tube block at isthmus and left fallopian tube block at ampulla. Diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy images are given.
In B/l tubal blockadge there is need of IVF
