28 yr female with c|o of bilateral non healing wounds around ankles.

Wounds are at medial and lateral malleolus , Coloured Doppler is normal , no DVT or vericose vein found. Negative for ANA No history of DM , HTN . Had history of swelling around ankles once around 10 year back but no wounds that time. Suggest cause and treatment Investigations HbA1c - 5.9 Color dollar h normal arteries and veins , no DVT CBC- 10600 lymphocyte Diabetes ruled out

Static dermatitis.. Management.. Wear compression stockings. They ease swelling and improve blood flow. Keep your feet elevated above your heart. When you can, do it for 15 minutes every 2 hours and while you sleep. Don't stand still for too long. Walk around often... Coconut oil use.. Blood sugar levels...test HBA1C.. Tab Azithromycin 250 mg od 5 days.. Clobetasol ointment used.. Coconut oil use... Recover then treatment physiotherapy... walking movement continue... Cold compress reduce the swelling.. Alovira gel use... Keep the areas of sterile gauge.. Bath keto soap...

HbA1c is 5.9 , diabetes is rolled out Also since Colour Doppler reports normal arteries and veins , doesn't that ruled out static ulcers and dermatitis. Please elaborate @Dr. Mm Bandhaypadhya @Dr. Sachin Shah @Dr. Kute Ankush

Yeah it's Livedoid vasculopathy. Chronic non healing erythematosus ulcers with porcelain white atrophie blanche....are characteristic. Will require biopsy and Immunofluorescence
