Androgenetic alopecia. First do hormonal profile Then think of starting Dutasteride 0.5 mg OD x 6 months With Minoxidil 5% LABD. If no improvement then Phenol 88%\DNCB Application a week apart → minimum 4 application If no improvement → LLLT( low level light therapy) If still no improvement → Tofacitnib for 3 months And after all this Still no improvement → Hair transplant
