Gingival swelling

A 54 year old male presented with the gingival swelling. it bleeds while brushing. Patient also has halitosis. Oral prophylaxis was advised. What else we can do?

Inflammatory gingival enlargement. Looks like CGP adv opg, start with SRP, OHI, habit counselling, re-evaluate after 4 weeks plan accordingly based on PPD and amt of bone loss. Also scrutinise pts medical history and h/o any medication like antihypertensive, immunosupresents.
Poor Oral hygiene, Gen. Periodontitis Please take an OPG and then scaling, deep curettage and flap for deep pockets. Extract non salvageable teeth.
