Occasional atypical cells noted against a suppurative background.P/O : Reactive Lymphnode.However in view of the age, painless suppurative node, advised Bx to r/o Mets.

This looks highly suspicious of malignancy Possibly mets. Another possibility is NHL Adv Biopsy and IHC
Chronic supprative inflammation ? Reactive lymphadenitis with abcess transformation
