28yr old male ptnt with this CT(chest) & biopsy Report shows feature of neuroendocrine tumor ,now dr advised for immunohistochemistry. At first ptnt treated as per pnuemonia twice within 3mnths. Now,the biopsy shows TUMOR... what could it be?? what else should we do??what will be the line of treatment???

Neuroendocrine tumor bronchoscopic biopsy with HP mostly cancerous small& large size neuroendocrine tumor chemo after report with partial or full lobectomy with adjacent healthy tissue with removal of drainage node pet scan

Its a case of neuroendocrine tumour.Biopsy will be required and if confirmed Lobectomy needs to be done.
