multiple subcutaneous boils on lower lid
28yrs/ m , c/o swelling & pain in eye for 3 days . No rx is done by pt. Vn is normal . There's no trauma to eye. Dx rx ?
This pt had multiple subcutaneous boils from medial to lateral canthus . Pus was removed from all boils by pressure. Topical lantibiotics e/drops frequently were instilled . Daily dressings for 2 days were done. Oral antibiotics & analgesics were prescribed.
Squamous blephritis with stye with cellulitis causing edematous lid tear overflowing from lateral canthus Like worm boric acid sponging and clean the lid Epiliate infected eye lash ciplox eye ointment Tab ciprofloxacin 12 hourly ibuprofen 3 days
BLEPHRITIS WITH PTYLOSIS CLEAN L LID MARGINS WITH WET COTTON RUB ANTIBIOTIC EYE OINT ALONG LID MARGINS REGULAR ANTIBDEDRUFF SHAMPOO F M L EYE DROPS ONE DROP 3 TIMES A DAY MOXAFLOXINE EYE DROPS ONE DROP 3 TIMES A DAY

This looks like preseptal cellulitis following hordeolum externum
Hordeolum internum. Advice hot fomentation and frequent application of broad spectrum antibiotic drops
Stye .. Warm compresses Lid hygiene Tobrex eyedrops ..3times a day

Patient has this swelling since yesterday she says that it swelled because of rubbing left eye more during face massage as she felt pain on the eye lid Can this be a case of cellulitis? she is also a patient who is suffering from gout, anemia,and vasculaitis
